One of the most popular elements of strongman is the strongman weekend group, aka Strongman Saturday or Strongman Sunday. Strongman is much more fun to train in a group, and it’s significantly easier logistically when you have multiple people to help with setup and cleanup. Weekend programs are many people’s first introduction to strongman, and it’s a mainstay of the sport.
